I know that I've talked about this before. But the fact that it keeps coming up just reinforces to me the importance of saying it. We live busy lives. And it can be so easy being caught up in the "busy" that we forget to be present. Really, truly present.
I was reminded of a poem that has been impactful to me since I was a teenager. You may have seen parts of it in a meme or printed in some way. But the poem as a whole is even more moving. I wanted to share it with you. And I hope that you are encouraged to live TODAY well- lived. Be present. It really is the essence of life.
