You know a lot of times, I think that in our busy world with our busy lives it can sometimes feel like we’re on a constant roller coaster and life just flies by without our really knowing how it happened. And I think because of that constant momentum we sometimes forget that we have the POWER to choose what happens in our lives.
You know every moment in every day is the opportunity to make choices. To change the trajectory of our lives if we find that we’re off course. And I know that a lot of times we might think to ourselves, I just don’t have TIME to think about choice.
But here’s a tough love reality for each of us. When we state we don’t have time for something, we’re not stating a fact - we’re stating a priority.
So, my encouragement for today is to pause for a moment. Take a breath - or two. And think about what you are CHOOSING to do in this day. You know what I choose? To spend a little time with you. To encourage you. To hopefully make a positive impact in your life.
What are you choosing? I hope it’s something that will make your life richer. That will make your world brighter. That will bring you more joy.
