Maybe The Wall Is There So We Can Rest

I was just thinking about this. You know how it is in our world and in our life right now it just feels like we are going full bore 100% all of the time. And there are just some times where we just hit a wall. It's like mentally, physically, emotionally, we’re just stuck. It's like we just hit that barrier.

I think sometimes we think to ourselves, why is this barrier here? You know, why is that wall here? Why is it stopping me and what can I do to get around it? And I want you to just pause for a minute and think to yourself. Because sometimes I wonder if that wall is there for us to lean on. As a reminder that we just need to take a rest. We need to take a moment for self-care. And if we do that, then we can face whatever challenge or issue or whatever it is that caused that wall to be there. Maybe then we can face it with freshness, and a new mindset. And we'll be able to get past it.

So, the next time that you feel like you're in that place where you just hit a wall. I want you to visualize that. You know what, maybe this wall is here, just to remind myself that I need to lean on it. Rest for just a minute. I hope this is something that has helped you.
